Terms of Service

By using Molixa you agree to these terms. We try to be reasonable. If anything is unclear, email [email protected] and we will explain.

TL;DR

  • Use the tools however you like, including for commercial work. The output is yours.
  • Do not abuse the rate limits, attack the platform, or use it to generate illegal or harmful content. See Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Premium is $9/month. Cancel anytime. Refunds within 14 days.
  • The service is provided as-is. Do not bet your business on it without testing.
  • If we change anything material, we tell account holders 30 days in advance.

The service

“Molixa” refers to the website at molixa.app, the suite of $50+AI and developer tools accessible there, and any related APIs, mobile apps, or services we operate. The service is provided by WeboTech Studio (“we”, “us”).

These terms apply whether you visit anonymously, sign up for a free account, subscribe to Premium, or access the service through a Team plan.

Your account

You can use most tools without an account. If you create one, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and not share your account with others. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU). If you are accessing Molixa on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use Molixa to:

  • Generate illegal content (CSAM, terror content, content that violates export controls, etc.).
  • Generate content that defames, harasses, or infringes the rights of identifiable individuals.
  • Build a competing service by scraping our tool inventory or reselling our output.
  • Circumvent rate limits, security controls, or paywalls.
  • Use the service to attack other systems (DDoS, vulnerability scanning, credential stuffing).
  • Misrepresent that your AI-generated content is human-created in contexts where that misrepresentation matters (academic submissions, journalism, legal filings, etc.).

Detailed rules and examples live in the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations result in account suspension or termination, sometimes without notice if the violation is severe.

AI output

AI tools generate output that may be incorrect, biased, or fabricated. We do our best to flag confidence (the AI Detector returns probability ranges, the Code Explainer cross-checks npm packages for hallucinations, the Math Solver shows step-by-step work). You are responsible for verifying anything important before relying on it. Do not use Molixa output as the sole source for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

We do not warrant that AI output is fit for any particular purpose. We do not warrant that it is free of bias, error, or hallucination. We work hard to minimize all three; we cannot eliminate them.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you input and the output you generate. We claim no ownership over your prompts, your files, or anything our tools produce for you.

We need a narrow license to operate the service: you grant us permission to process, transmit, and display your content to render the tool result back to you. This license is automatic, free, and ends as soon as we finish serving the response. We do not retain copies of your content beyond what the third-party AI provider requires for the duration of the API call.

Payment, billing, refunds

  • Premium is billed monthly via Stripe. The price is $9/month (or local equivalent). Yearly billing offers ~17% discount.
  • Team is billed per seat per month. Custom invoicing and NET-30 terms available for 10+ seats. Email [email protected].
  • Payment failures result in a 7-day grace period, then automatic downgrade to free.
  • You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: full refund within 14 days of first Premium charge for any reason. After that, prorated refunds at our discretion if the service was substantially broken.
  • VAT, sales tax, GST, etc. are calculated by Stripe based on your billing address.

Intellectual property

The Molixa name, logo, design, source code, and proprietary algorithms are owned by WeboTech Studio. The MIT-licensed open-source components we use (lucide-react, qr-code-styling, mammoth, etc.) retain their original licenses. AI-generated output is owned by you.

Do not redistribute the platform UI, scrape the tool inventory to clone us, or pass our brand off as your own.

Termination

You can stop using Molixa anytime; you do not need to notify us. Your data is deleted from your dashboard at any time.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Severe violations (illegal content, security attacks) result in immediate termination without refund. Non-severe violations result in a warning and a chance to fix the issue before termination.

Warranty + liability

The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Molixa is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations. If you live in such a jurisdiction, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by your local law.

Governing law + disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Disputes go to the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. EU consumers retain the right to bring claims in their country of residence per EU consumer protection law.

Before any formal dispute, you agree to email [email protected] and try to resolve it informally for 30 days.

Changes to these terms

We can update these terms. Material changes (price increases, new restrictions on use, removal of features) are announced 30 days in advance via email and a homepage banner. Cosmetic edits are made silently with the “Last updated” date refreshed.

Continuing to use Molixa after a material change means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service before the effective date.
