TL;DR
- We use only essential and preference cookies. No advertising or tracking cookies.
- You can browse Molixa, run free tools, and download results without ever seeing a cookie banner. We do not need your consent for essential cookies under EU law (no banner gymnastics).
- The cookies we set are first-party only, scoped to molixa.app, and used only for what they are described to do.
- You can clear them anytime from your browser settings. Tools will keep working.
Essential cookies (required for the service to work)

We also use localStorage (not cookies) for: brand voice profiles, QR brand kits, tool history. These never leave your browser; they are not transmitted to our servers.
What we do NOT set
We do not set, allow, or accept:
- Advertising cookies. We do not run ads, display retargeting pixels, or build advertising audiences.
- Cross-site tracking cookies. No Facebook Pixel, no Google Ads tag, no LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- Third-party analytics with cookies. We use Plausible Analytics, which is fully cookie-less and does not track individuals across sites.
- Behavioral profiling cookies. We do not build a profile of your interests, browsing habits, or purchase intent.
- Stripe or payment cookies on non-checkout pages. Stripe sets its own cookies only on the checkout page itself, governed by their Stripe cookie policy.
Managing cookies
You can clear all Molixa cookies anytime from your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data → Cookies and other site data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data → molixa.app → Remove.
- Edge: Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Clear browsing data.
After clearing: you will be signed out (if you had an account), your theme/locale preference will reset, and the rate-limit cookie will regenerate. All tools continue to work.
You can also block cookies by site in any modern browser. Molixa works with cookies disabled, except you cannot stay signed in across sessions.
Do Not Track + GPC
We honor the Do Not Track browser signal and the Global Privacy Control (GPC) header. Both are equivalent to opting out of any non-essential data collection. Since we do not collect non-essential data anyway, these signals do not change our behavior, but we read them and the audit trail confirms compliance.
Changes to this cookie policy
If we add, remove, or change a cookie, we update this page and refresh the “Last updated” date. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we will deploy a proper consent banner and notify account holders 30 days in advance. We have no plans to do so.
