Which currencies are supported?▾
13 of the most common: USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, INR, PKR, AED, SAR, CNY, BRL, MXN. Each with its proper symbol. Add more in the future via the engine's COMMON_CURRENCIES array.
Can I add my logo?▾
Yes. Click the logo upload button, pick a PNG or SVG, it embeds as a data: URL in the invoice HTML. No upload to a server, no third-party storage.
Can I customize the accent color?▾
Yes. The header rule and totals row use an accent color you pick. Useful for matching your brand identity in deliverables.
How do I add tax (VAT, GST, sales tax)?▾
Set the tax rate as a percent and the tax label (Tax / VAT / GST / Sales tax). The line below subtotal applies it to the post-discount taxable amount, exactly like real accounting software does.
Can I save invoices?▾
We don't store anything server-side. The generated HTML / printable invoice is yours to download or save as PDF locally. For permanent record-keeping, save the PDF + the invoice number to your accounting system.
What about subscriptions or recurring invoices?▾
Not yet. This is a one-shot generator focused on professional output. For recurring billing, look at Stripe Invoicing, Wave, or QuickBooks. For freelance one-offs and small business invoicing, this is faster and free.
Can I include a discount line?▾
Yes. Set the discount percent. It applies to the subtotal before tax. Common for early-payment discounts, promo codes, or wholesale pricing.
Is my client data private?▾
Yes. Your business name, your client's name and address, line items, amounts, all stay in your browser. Nothing uploads. The invoice HTML is constructed locally and only saved when you choose to download.
